Kit Island-157 Exhibit Rental

The rental pricing on this page includes shipping, installation & dismantling in Anaheim, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Orlando & San Francisco. Modest out of venue fees may apply to other cities. 

$17,000 range

This kit includes (2) large private meeting areas, each with a door, in-wall monitor mount, and plexiglass window with large mural graphics facing each aisle. There are (2) “edge lit in-wall monitor mounts that can accommodate up to a 46″w monitor. The height is not adjustable and position may vary based on your model. Two standalone counters 46″w x 20″d with black laminate top, silhouette lit front graphic and choice of sintra sides or graphics. The central arch header has siffit lights. 

Note: The Overhead sign is an add-on. Budget $2800.00 if you’d like one.

You have a choice of black, white or gray sintra for all solid infill walls that do not have graphics, unless described otherwise. White laminate is standard for the counter sides. The front may be your choice of sintra colors or printed graphic. 

If you can use the same graphics for your next show, we’ll store them free of charge. The cost for your next show would be the base price of $11,750.00

  • A. (2) 80.5″w x 92″h, rigid.
  • B. (2) 46″w x 92″h, rigid.
  • C. (2) 120.75″w x 92″h, rigid. 46″w will be obscured, starting about 12″ in from left side edge.
  • D. (2) 46″w x 11.5″h, flexible.
  • E. (4) 92″w x 34.5″h, rigid.
  • F. (2) 36″w x 26.5″h, rigid graphic front, refer to template provided.

Not Included:

Drayage. This is a charge the show contractor charges to transport and store exhibit hardware.

Electrical order: You’ll place this through the show. A form should be in your show manual. It’s often labeled “FAQ sheet”.

Daily cleaning: This is optional, of course, but helps keep your booth looking fresh. We recommend it. This also is ordered through the show.

Overhead Hanging sign and monitors not included in kit pricing but may be added to your order.
