The rental pricing on this page includes shipping, installation & dismantling in Anaheim, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Orlando & San Francisco. Modest out of venue fees may apply to other cities.

This kit includes a wraparound banner for identification, a large bar area, 2 charging stations with counters, 2 in-wall monitor mounts (monitors not included), 2 double-sided workstations with backlit bases as well as a casual meeting area behind the bar/presentation area. A great choice if you need a little bit of everything! Price includes the graphics shown. If you don’t need all of the graphics shown the price will go down accordingly. Ask us for modified pricing based on your needs!

Not Included:

  • Drayage. This is a charge the show contractor charges to transport and store exhibit hardware.
  • Electrical order: You’ll place this through the show. A form should be in your show manual. It’s often labeled “FAQ sheet”.
  • Daily cleaning: This is optional, of course, but helps keep your booth looking fresh. We recommend it. This also is ordered through the show.
