The rental pricing on this page includes shipping, installation & dismantling in Anaheim, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, Orlando & San Francisco. Modest out of venue fees may apply to other cities.
Simple, affordable and Versatile! This design includes a semi-private conference room (conference table & chairs are $550.00). Also, it has a storage cubby behind the wall, a sleek reception counter with storage and graphic options to suit your budget.
Black, Grey or White Sintra paneling for the backwall and wings. Plus, this price includes the graphic header and counter graphic. (LCD monitor not included in price).
If you can use the same header & counter graphic for your next show, we’ll store them free of charge and your total rental cost will be only $5,780.00.
Drayage. This is a charge the show contractor charges to transport and store exhibit hardware.
Electrical order: You’ll place this through the show. A form should be in your show manual. It’s often labeled “FAQ sheet”.
Daily cleaning: This is optional, of course, but helps keep your booth looking fresh. We recommend it. This also is ordered through the show.
