Be sure and budget $4,800.00 to $12,500.00 for graphics to bring out the best in this highly functional double deck. Upstairs paneling and doors provide privacy in (2) meeting rooms. There’s plenty of walk in storage underneath the stairs.
Additional branding can be added to virtually every surface. We’ll store your graphics for your next show free of charge.

Turnkey services! All you do is show up.
This rendering shows the downstairs walled in but it in most booth spaces it’s better to leave it open so traffic can move through. The wall in front of the stairs will be paneled and can be used for a large monitor, Slatwall, Shelving or full panel graphics.
Don’t like the look of the railing graphics? We can remove them and place graphics on the plexi panels.
We’ll provide carpet as a part of the price for the upstairs area. Downstairs, because some clients choose to place the deck in 50 x 50 spaces (meaning there’s a variable) we can quote a carpet & pad or you can rent from the show.
We help you with show orders like electrical.
We’ll provide our standard furnishings for the upstairs though you may prefer to look through our offer a catalog full of custom furniture rentals. furnishings as a part of the price and lots of options for the downstairs area.

If you’ve been doing trade shows for awhile you’re aware that unexpected issues have a way of popping up. They get magnified with a two story trade show exhibit. We have a decade of experience and, in fact, were a leader in the industry back in 2007 when very few exhibit companies were offering them. They used to be priced so high that mid-sized companies couldn’t afford them. We helped innovate a lower cost design.
Our work begins long before the actual set up begins. You’ll be free to do other things while we worry about Fire Marshal approval and submit stamped engineering drawings We make sure that we’re in compliance with local regulations…. wherever you show.
Our Rental Checklist shows you the (3) things you need to do.
Drayage. This is a charge the show contractor charges to transport and store exhibit hardware.
Electrical order: You’ll place this through the show. A form should be in your show manual. It’s often labeled “FAQ sheet”.
Daily cleaning: This is optional, of course, but helps keep your booth looking fresh. We recommend it. This also is ordered through the show.

We converted a near disaster on our first Double Deck Exhibit project in 2008 into the extremely well oiled system we have today that tracks a project through all the show paperwork requirements and set-up regulations. Our step-by-step management system minimizes stress, assures that details are handled and it doesn’t stop until you’re upstairs with a happy boss.
